With over 25 years of experience, Jennifer has nurtured a lifelong passion for interior design at prestigious New York City-based firms. Her apparent talent quickly propelled her to Senior Designer for interiors and architecture master David Easton. Returning to study at the New York School of Interior Design and Sotheby's of London, her keen eye injected freshness and energy into her classical training. Jennifer later joined the legendary Bunny Williams as a Senior Designer. While working with Bunny for nearly a decade, Jennifer added an eclectic flair to her designs. Contrasting fresh colors with soft hues, balanced texture and sumptuous fabrics, Jennifer's style is all polished grace for the modern sensibility.
Having worked for such renowned firms, Jennifer has been instrumental in designing homes for discerning clients across the country. She has directed all project phases, creating timeless, elegant, sophisticated and comfortable spaces. Her work has received editorial accolades in such magazines as athome, British Homes & Gardens, House & Garden, Westport Magazine and Palm Beach Illustrated. Jennifer has also been featured on the DIY Network's Million Dollar Contractor and the winner for the A-LIST 2014: LIVING SPACES and A-LIST 2015: Dining Rooms awards.
In 2010, Jennifer opened her own design firm. Offering superior and attentive client services as well as complete hands on involvement from initial concept to final installation, Jennifer Smokler Interiors is highly skilled at collaborating with architects, contractors and craftsmen to create enticing homes that will endure as time passes and trends change.
